衞生環境差，整間屋有一陣陣渠臭味。房間有很多蟲*貼在牆壁及懸掛在天花上，好驚嚇！廚房及廳有很多蟻，在廳的餐枱放食物，第二日就有很多蟻在食物上。若果屋主沒有改善好衛生狀況，本人不會再選擇這間！

被警衛設套，罰了100元馬幣原本我載朋友入住時，停在(相片一)的車棚被A警衛告知，不能停，可以暫停在(相片三)的位置。隔一天，我再來臨停時在(相片三)的位置時被一個B警衛(相片四簽名的警衛)鎖車輪要求罰100元馬幣。我當下找了A警衛對質，他承認是他說的。但B警衛堅持要繳100元才能離開。 B警衛說臨停只限10分鐘。我又質問了A警衛，A說臨停只有5分鐘。我又讓A警衛和B警衛對質，為什麼他們二人說法不一。 B不正面回答，就指著(相片二)說，就是違停要罰100元。我說這(相片三)是指停車棚停錯的罰款告示牌，不是臨停區。你應該在臨停區的位置設指標。旁邊一個C警衛(剛入職)，他也認為我並沒有錯是他們對我的口頭告知不明確而且自己內部規則及管理混亂 A和C警衛都認為，不應該對我罰款但B警衛可能比較早入職，他一再的堅持最後我同意繳費離開。接著這B警衛要求A警衛開罰單我說：不行，必須由B警衛開單，因為是他要求的罰款，不能由A警衛開單。在我堅持幾分鐘後，B最後不情願的開單，但在開單的過程，他根本不會寫罰單，一直翻著以前的罰單來抄內容，顯見這公寓晉用警衛時教育訓練的草率。因此，我建議平台應該強化對於這類業者的徵選及嚴格要求，不要讓這樣的業者，破壞平台的形象。

I had a very pleasant stay at Ipoh Manhattan Suite. The unit is very clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient and the check in process was smooth. The swimming pool is great condition especially for kids, making it enjoyable for families. Overall, it is a great place to stay, offering both comfort and value. Highly recommended!

The service of the contact person is excellent. The lobby of the apartment is quite dark though safe… the apartment inside is spacious and bring with plenty of lightings … the balcony looks nice but can’t be used as the air-con heat are expelled from there. The towels and beddings aren’t clean…

- The bed linen appaers to be quite worn out - water pressure in both bathroom's were very low, mailing it very difficult to rinse off, only one pair of bathroom slippers for sharing - minimal plugs available in living / dining area. There is only one plug available next to the door in the bedrooms except for master bedroom. - this apartment is located near an airport, noise level can be challenging.
